Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at sales@panoradx.com.
- Each case will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations, and, if approved, a replacement may be provided. Please note that any such resolution is subject to evaluation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

- Because PanoraDX is classified as a medical product, returns are not accepted for any reason once the product has left our facility.
