What is the Cube Reader?
The QuickStatus® Cube Reader is a critical component of the Starter Bundle because it transforms the test from a semi-quantitative to a fully quantitative analysis.
This device uploads calibration data via the RFID card and precisely measures Vitamin D levels, providing definitive readings in both ng/ml and nmol/L. Such quantitative data is essential for dental professionals to accurately assess implant success risks and tailor treatment plans.

Sample Collection & Test Setup
Step 1: Create the Sampler by inserting the collected blood into the Collection Tube. This is completed by firmly pushing the “Blood Collector” into the “Collection tube.” Ensure a tight seal.
Step 2: Use a jerking motion (3-4 times) to combine the sample (from the “Blood Collector”) with the buffer (from the “Collection tube”) within the Sampler.
Step 3: Remove the cap of the Sampler, invert, and squeeze 3 drops into the sample well (labelled “S”) on the test cassette.
Step 4: Set the Test Cassette with the sample aside. Turn on the timer and wait for 15 minutes
Step 5: After 15 minutes, place the test cartridge into the adaptor and use the cube reader to get the results within 10 seconds.
